Return shipping cost is not covered unless we send the wrong or defective product.

We accept returns anytime within 30 days period from the receipt, but we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

We have a 45-day refund policy. If you don't receive your order within 45 days since the shipment date, we will give you a full refund or re-shipment of the order with a tracking number.

This policy only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process.
- We cannot give a full refund if, for example, you wrote the wrong shipping address, you miss the package because of your absence. In that case, we'll offer you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee).
