- Duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item.
- You have to pay the taxes and duties imposed on each country by yourself.
- When we ship the product you ordered and arrive in your country, customs will contact you and you may have to pay customs and taxes.
- Customs in each country have different duty-free limits.

🔁 Return Policy

Eligibility for Return: Returns are only accepted if the product is *defective**(e.g., damaged, contaminated) or if there has been a clear error by BRAND KR resulting in the wrong item being shipped.

Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns for simple change of mind, customer-caused product damage/alteration, products with signs of use, products with damaged or removed packaging (boxes, plastic wrap, etc.), or requests made after the return period has expired.

Return Period: Returns must be initiated within *30 days* from the date of product receipt. Requests submitted after 30 days will not be processed.

Return Costs: For returns due to product defects or clear errors by BRAND KR, *all shipping costs will be covered by BRAND KR.* For any other reasons not covered by this policy, returns are not accepted, and thus related shipping costs will not incur.

🔄 Refund Policy

We have a 45-day refund policy. If you don't receive your order within 45 days since the shipment date, we will give you a full refund or re-shipment of the order with a tracking number.

This policy only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process.
- We cannot give a full refund if, for example, you wrote the wrong shipping address, you miss the package because of your absence. In that case, we'll offer you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee).

Unapproved returns or exchanges will not be processed or accepted.
