🔁 Return Policy

• You may return any un-opened merchandise for a full refund or exchange.

• Return shipping cost is not covered unless we send the wrong or defective product.

• We accept returns anytime within 30 days period from the receipt, but we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

🔄 Refund Policy

• We have a 45-day refund policy. If you don't receive your order within 45 days since the shipment date, we will give you a full refund or re-shipment of the order with a tracking number.

• This policy only applies to orders that are presumably "lost" during the delivery process.

• We cannot give a full refund if, for example, you wrote the wrong shipping address, you miss the package because of your absence. In that case, we'll offer you a partial refund (total order cost - shipping fee).  

📦 How to Request a Return

• Please contact us via the Chat Channel (💬) at the bottom-right corner of our website within 30 days of receiving your order.

• Unapproved returns will not be processed or accepted.

• Returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
